NEED I IN TOCCOA STEPHENS COUNTRY
Was searching for a washer since mine broke. They did not have the item I wanted and informed me it would take two months for it to come in. Although there were other smaller machines in store, I opted to order mine off back order because of the size i wanted.nnThe people that helped me were great. I was informed and offered a extended warranty from lowes, which I was not offered when I purchased my dryer from there two yrs ago. I was informed of the 30 day time frame I had to make changes to my order if need be.nnThe only downside was the cat size rat I saw running around. Freaked me out.
Who ever the heavyset manager with dark hair who works the night shift gives me a condescending tone because her employees put two boxes of the same product on a clearance Shelf next to each other with only one of them having a price tag underneath. I'm sorry that when a manager is lazy so is the employees. If you weren't lazy and checked up on what someone did... I wouldn't have had this problem. But no instead you give me an attitude because I didn't know they were different and you had you get off your big behind and do a price check. This is why I shop at Home Depot
Always a great place to shop for nice landscaping needs. This trip was for my RV and all of my needs were met. Great staff too!!!
