The store is well organized, I just walked in and asked for a box spring he got me one quick sold it to me without any hassle.

The manager at the store was very helpful. We had a warranty claim that was processed quickly and easily. The store gets 5 stars.nnThe mattress wasn’t available for 3 weeks. We delayed our vacation to meet the truck. Delivery was scheduled for Sunday between 6-8 pm. We got notification of the status throughout the Day. We were delivery 9 for the day. It kept sliding out delivery 5 minutes at a time. The app says they are at our house for the past 1.5 hours. No one showed and no call. Tried customer service and no one is available. Logistics, customer service and delivery gets 0 (zero) stars.nnToo bad, we really had a good experience in the store.
Staff was great. I. Also had the opportunity to watch them interact with someone that admitted they were homeless. They treated this person with dignity and respect. Answered their questions and were friendly to that person. That sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend Karen and John!!
I really needed a new bed and I was looking for a new bed. My family has bought the bed I bought and I found out I would rest better in the adjustable bed.
