We have purchased a number of items from Patio and Fireside. They have a great selection of top brand patio furniture to choose from. If you are looking for something in particular, they are super helpful in working with you to help find what you are looking far. Joann and Dino are super folks to work with. We highly recommend Patio and Fireside if you are looking for patio furniture. You won’t be disappointed.
Fireplace was delivered in boxes. The company they send out to assemble came and after they assembled it, there were pieces left over and put together wrong. The person had to come all the way out to reassemble it again. Then two months after I called and called them to get someone to tell me which button to turn it on with because the on button did nothing and after 3 times they don't call you back, maybe receptionist not giving the message to him. Theproduct is fine but customer service is non existant

Ordered a Woodard fire pit, very happy with the quality and the look of it. It was delivered to me and placed where I wanted it, which made the process much less stressful for me. I have bought many things over the years and am always treated so kindly from the staff.
Will not order from them again. Ordered 4 patio chairs. When they didn’t arrive in the estimated time I started calling & stopping in to check on them and was told each time that they were “just shipped today”. The chairs finally arrived....took 12 weeks to get. I wanted to order 2 more chairs, but didn’t want to order through them, so I ordered them online. I received them in 19 days (& they were cheaper). I could have saved over $300 and 9 weeks.
