I would like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone there at Specialty Flooring who helped us to select our new flooring, come to our home to measure, and discuss options that we had in the process. Everything that was offered to us was done in an expedient and friendly manner. Dates and times set were all without delay or excuses. The showroom has a nice selection of product, and friendly help always nearby. Chad, the estimator was more than helpful when he came to our home, and told us to feel free to call him with any concerns we had prior to the installation. And he was in fact available when we did call with concerns. The installers, Chandler and Junior were outside our home preparing their equipment to work at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We found these young men to be absolutely courteous friendly and helpful in every respect. They worked steadily and carefully the whole day. We could see that doing quality work was first and foremost with them. Was a very pleasing experience. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a nice new floor.

We used Specialty Flooring to refurbish cupped hardwood floorboards in our master bedroom. Their responsiveness, service, and attention to detail were outstanding .... from the very beginning to the very end. Chad Sibley replied right away to our initial inquiry and kept us informed on the details & progress during the job. The technicians were very good and very hard-working. We will definitely use Specialty Flooring again and they are much better than their competitors in the Hilton Head area!!

My wife and I used Specialty Flooring to replace the carpet in our house. Chad was AMAZING to work with!!! He brought samples to the house and completed an estimate with multiple options. He beat every other company that completed an estimate for us, with a better quality product. The installation crew that showed up was super professional and respectful. Everything was completed within one day. The crew supervisor kept us informed every step of the way. After installation Chad came by to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. Chad went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we had a great customer experience!!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Managing a project from afar is never easy, but the folks here made my project as seamless as possible. I had a very tight turnaround and they worked very long days to make that happen. Communication was great from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Damien and his team are fantastic to work with! They were able to meet my budget and time line without blinking. Once the date was set for install they were here on time and ready to work. His team laid four different floors throughout our second floor I couldn’t be happier. Top notch service from beginning to end.
