I had an Electrolux washer I purchased from Livingood's Okatie location about 7 years ago that became inoperative and I called to set up an appointment. The technician determined it to be a defective part that would have to be ordered. I spoke with both Tammy and Rene and they were both extremely helpful and very accommodating to our situation, as weather caused a delay in parts availability and Tammy was very much on point making sure I was kept informed. Once received, she scheduled my return service. Fred, Lee and Dotson were the technicians and they were highly efficient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Livingood's to anyone that believes service after the sale is an important aspect of the buying experience.

We bought our gas stove, fridge, oven, microwave oven and most recent our washer and dryer from here. Very professional, excellent customer service. The delivery and installation are the bonus. All appliances are working great.

For the appliances things went well and Ken our sales person did a great job. However there should be someone who spends the right amount of time to explain the basics of each unit to avoid any call backs for service.nnFor the range hood we ordered, has been a disaster. The installers left with a crooked hood in place despite us saying it needed leveling. They also left the vent cover from the hood to the ceiling with several issues. It was crooked, not straight from front to back. They cut a big hole in the drywall outside the vent cover which had to be repaired and repainted. A second installer came out to straighten the vent cover. He was Not able to fix. A new vent cover was ordered and the same senior installer from the second visit came with a partner. The partner turned out to be a trainee and he attempted to install the cover. It was his first time doing this and scratched the stainless vent cover and bent the new cover. We still don't have a acceptable cover so the builder is having one made vs your company fixing the issue. The trainee should have never been allowed to work on this but just observe. Lastly all the installers did not wear gloves and they left many greasy marks on the freshly painted walls. They did not not even take the time to clean up the hand prints.

Had a great experience today. Rob my salesman took his time. Show me all price range and the most important part did not try to sale me an upgrade. He explained the difference a s was very knowledgeablenToday I purchase a dishwasher....but I will be back d or different appliance and will recommend them to every one.. thanks
