We visited this store on March 13, 2021 with an immediate need for a new bed. Christian was our sales person and he was very kind and patient with us while our son tried several different types of bedding. Christian took the time to understand our needs and narrow down the best bed for our son. When we were ready to purchase he diligently checked stock and found us one that would be delivered in two days. This is store and employee was amazing to work with and we appreciate the dedicated service in fitting our needs. This is our second time purchasing from them and I have to say, I will not go anywhere else. The provide awesome customer service and do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. Great Job Guys!!!!! We appreciate you dedication and not following the typical corporate culture of money over customer service.

My wife and I had very good experience during our purchase of a Split King adjustable bed from this store. The salesman Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, thorough and patient. His calm, respectful demeanor made the process very pleasant for two novices. We now look forward to receiving our new bed and hope it will be delivered on time. Chris also provided us with information on where to get the sheets for this bed and his recommendation was spot on.nThanks Chris, by the way Brad Pitt is shaking in his boots.

Great customer service from Chris. Sale prices made mattress even more attractive. Mattress arrived quicker than expected. Men who delivered the mattress were also extremely courteous.

I went to Coastal Bedding Sun City to look for a new mattress and was greeted by Christian (Chris) Moreland. Chris was kind and patient while asking questions to assess what type of mattress would best fit my needs. He explains in detail the differences and construction/benefits for each mattress. After I narrowed down my search on what I found most comfortable; Chris showed me good, better, and best options. There was zero sales pressure to purchase through Chris or Coastal Bedding. After purchasing Chris followed up on delivery and ETA. I highly recommend Coastal Bedding and Chris!
