The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young man was so professional and a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely shop there again and refer others.
Great customer service and support team. I've been buying from them for a few years now. Whenever I have an issue with something they would come out and check it out and if it's fixable then they would fix or replace if need be. They stand behind their warranty. I also have my eyes on some lawn care equipment which I may consider later, but for now I'm satisfied with all that I have purchased from them so far. I just wish service/repair didn't take so long to come out. It could be days, weeks, or even a month before they can get to you to see about any warranty issues you make have. All in all they're still a great company.
