The new employee who helped me went out of his way to find a solution. We have a very low signal at my new home. I was ready to cancel and go to another provider. After some research and talking with tech support, he was able to find a way to boost my signal to my famlies phones. By doing this he retained 3 lines as well as a long time customer. It was a 90 degree day and I'm sure he was exhausted as I was. This guy went above and beyond. Here's hoping he stays with your company and can train others to have the level of customer service that he provided me. Thank you!

horrible service as a store and company. bought phones there and was told that the screen protectors i got had a lifetime warranty on them and that if it broke i just needed to bring it in store and they would replace. screen protector cracked so i brought it into the store to be replaced and the rep told me they cant do anything and that i needed to call t mobile and talk to them. i called and the rep i talked to said that there was nothing they could due i needed to go to the store. told the phone rep i went to the store and the store said to call. i went back and forth with the phone rep for a good 15 min before i asked for a supervisor. told the supervisor the same thing i told the prior rep which the supervision told me the same thing (i needed to go to the store). i in turned had to file a BBB complaint to get my protector replaced.

WORST STORE & STAFF (Roy, Megan, & Cameron) EVER!nnThat whole store is a joke & the staff members DONT CARE, they only care about there personal goals & tiers they have to make to get paid there commission check.

Multiple of the employees that work at this establishment continuously park in front of the dental office a few doors down, even during busy days when they have their Oral Surgery team there and have to wheel patients out to those spots because they are unable to walk. The employees are aware of this and have not stopped but also they seem to get more employees of the store to do it. The employees seem to have too much time on their hands playing parking games.
