The ExtraSpace team here has always been so accommodating! They have assisted me countless times with my frequent (and typically quite large) deliveries. They always greet me with a smile and a wave and gladly answer any questions I may have.nEqually important, the facility is conveniently located right off of I-26 making it easily accessible from downtown or I-26, always clean and very well lit.
This was my first experience using a storage unit and the team at extra storage made it SO seamless and easy, The location is clean and feels so safe. I feel good swinging by there whenever i need to swing in and drop something off or pick it up!
Everyone who works here is phenomenal. My daughter had to move all of her stuff by herself and they could not have been nicer. Super clean, climate controlled, safe, easy, inexpensive. We will absolutely come here and use this facility again, it was fantastic.
Diane was very helpful with getting my storage unit set up. This place is very neat and has easy parking access & carts to help bring items up to your unit. I’m glad I chose to keep my things there and would recommend it to anyone.
Raises rent about every 6 months (without notification) and not on par with local market, make sure to shop around as many other competitive options available. One of the two elevators is normally broken, lights are slow to be replaced. Office is hard to track down when there is an issue, and lots of pointing back and forth between corporate offices and local when it comes to who is responsible for increases, communications, etc. Convenient location but that is about all they have going for them.
