Although the medications get filled and are mostly done in a timely basis the pharmacy techs have atrocious customer service skills. Being left on hold for extended periods of time sometimes I have to call back because being on hold for 5 minutes without any updates or anything makes you think they have forgotten... They are rude and that's if they even answer. A lot of the time they pick up the phone just to hang up without ever answering... This is something I have witnessed them doing while waiting in line. The actual pharmacist is amazing, very personable and engaging. They one time made me pay out of pocket $60.00 because they told me the medication wasn't covered for my daughter... Just to find out they never even applied my insurance to her meds. After wards they would not offer me a refund btw it qualified for their generic 4.00 program and still charged me $60.00.

This is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced.
Well at least once a month I have to go there they tell me they have to fill the prescription will be ready in 30 minutes an hour goes by I come back they haven't even started on its.
