The absolute best service! Gina and Davis were so kind and helpful. We live in Michigan but have a rental home in Charleston that we were trying to furnish remotely. For several days, Gina worked with me via text and phone coordinating to find a mattress/box spring/ frame and a headboard in a short time frame before the renters arrived. And Davis was super helpful in the delivery and set up. They have high quality products and service! We will be using them for all of our Charleston bedding needs in the future.
I called them just after they closed on a Friday and Gina turned around and reopened the store for me! I just picked up a bunk bed for my 3 year old and didn't know it didn't come with a mattress. Couldn't go home without it and Gina totally saved the day! Super sweet and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a new bed in a box at a great price. Highly recommend!
Super nice people. Didn't bat an eye when my two kids were being wild and crazy. Small place but easy to buy from and fast, easy delivery. GIives a military discount, would definitely recommend.
Do not and I mean do not go ANYWHERE ELSE! They are so patient, and very knowledgeable! After years of having lumpy old mattresses my back couldn’t survive another night. I needed a change and boy did I get one! I’ve never felt so confident and satisfied about a purchase. Also if you have kids don’t be shy about bringing them, they were absolutely amazing with my son and made me bringing him stress free (I didn’t feel judged for my son). For now on if anyone in my life needs a mattress this will be the only place I send them!
