Great customer service, I got there a few minutes before close and they stayed open late so I could browse and make additional purchases.nI went in for one item and left filling my entire empty apartment! I also ended up canceling a previous order because they have everything in stock; and to top it off were able to deliver to me that night!nI would compare the quality with something you would purchase off Amazon; very pleased.
I went in looking for a specific item and I was given so many great options. Everything was explained thoroughly and the customer service was exquisite. They went above and beyond during the delivery. I will be a life long customer.
Walked in 20 mins before closing, and salesperson was very patient and helpful. After shopping at many different furniture stores, the prices at Trader Joe’s Inc. made my heart swoon! Everything we bought, which was a bedroom set, couch and tv stand, was delivered that very same night! They were very helpful with how to set everything up. I highly recommend and will be going again soon!
We just bought a coffee and end table set from here after shopping all over Charleston. What we found at this hidden gem was way nicer and way more affordable than everywhere else. If you're looking for new furniture this is the best place in town and if you're looking for gently used items this place has so many cool one of kind items for your home. We're just sad we didn't find them sooner! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back!
