I am a loyal repeat customer who had an absolutely EPIC FAIL experience that seems to be rather commonly described recently. I took a day off work for a delivery. The tracking application told me to expect the delivery in 15 minutes. That was 8 hours and 12 calls to customer service later. I live out of town and had to travel for the delivery. After 8 hours I was finally told that the driver was AWOL and I would have to reschedule. I’ve already paid for the furniture but decided to cancel. The best customer service could do was give a 10% discount after they destroyed a whole day. I even asked them given the circumstance if they would ship to store and they refused. EPIC FAIL. In fact their delivery ap still says they are coming. I wouldn’t hold your breath. Pottery Barn what’s happened to you!

Today on Sunday November 22, went downtown Charleston to shop at the pottery barn. I arrived half hour early so we waited. All of the employees in the store were very nice and helpful. Except for one thin tall redhead Man. He approached me the store had just opened and in a very nasty voice he said you need to put your mask over your nose when you are in the store. It took me back a little bit because of the way he said it. I was OK with putting it on I had just pulled it down to say something to my sister. When I apologized and said I am sorry I had just taken it down he just snarled at me and walked off. I was concerned with looking through the store so I bit my tongue. I should’ve called the manager and took care of his attitude at that point. There’s no reason to be nasty on Sunday or any other day. When you approach someone in the store a simple reminder would have been sufficient. Thank you

Jenna is AWESOME!!! I had a hiccup with an order and she called customer service on my behalf without me asking and then followed up with me. She got them to fix the issue and credit me for the inconvenience. She truly went above and beyond and I am SUPER impressed. Thank you Jenna!!

Worst customer service!! Ordered a Fall wreath October 4, 2020 with a ship date 11/10. Changed to December. Called to cancel order and they said they can’t. After pulling up order changed to January and now it’s February. Never received email for a change in delivery. All I’d like is a refund and cancel the order. Worst customer service ever. Have a lot of PB stuff but done with them. No more PB items for this past customer. They won’t even call to speak with me. Only emails. Unacceptable!!

One of the staff was so rude to my party, we put our items back and left. Everyone has been stressed with the pandemic but rudeness does not have to be tolerated by anyone. I will not go back to this store.
