Had two bedroom suits delivered. One was skewed and needed extra time to be fixed. Joe at Morris Sokol tried to pull the delivery guys off the job because it was taking too long. He was quite rude about the situation. He stated he had other deliveries to make and they would just have to come back another day for mine. After a call to the maufacturer, they assured me that the delivery was to be completed and that it would be taken care of. Suddenly Joe calls back with a different attitude - imagine that. Instead of making calls that interrupted his delivery guys who were busting their butts to get it done, he should have just budgeted an extra hour for the delivery. Oh, and the best part is after all that, a bedside table has a chipped top. With all the attitude and hassle, I won't support a company that treats customers so rudely - especially when the issues stem from their time management.
