Came in today for a new phone and Jay was excellent! I couldn’t remember any passwords or access my Apple ID to start the new phone and he was knowledgeable with solutions and so patient through it all! Definitely ask for Jay for any of your T-Mobile needs!
Jason is your best employee. Every time I come in, he magically fixes my problem. So friendly, and knowledgeable. WHY IS HE NOT MANAGING HIS OWN STORE?!?!
They were able to quickly and easily solve my issues.
Sold me a non functioning WiFi hotspot. Hopefully they choose to make it right when I visit tomorrow. If so I will amend the rating. However I’m not happy about being lied to about it working when it clearly doesn’tnnUpdate: it ended up being a dud SIM card which that they replaced. I’m still not upgrading to 5 stars because the first salesperson lied and said he checked it to see if it was good when in obviously wasn’t. The lady that helped me on the second day was excellent however
