5 stars all the way!nSuper impressed with Mikel and Joe!nnThe entire transaction took under an hour and we even had a few laughs along the way.nnThey saved my Thanksgiving by being able to have a fridge delivered to me in under 24 hours after placing my order! The price was reasonable, and the entire team way beyond enjoyable to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about them!
If there was a possibility for a zero stars I would give them that. Rent a center is no doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. No straight answer when either delivery or pickup. They overcharged my automatic payment, how is that even possible when it should be on auto deduction? And when calling to get an answer why, no one could give an answer. The management staff is very rude. What a terrible company. They damaged our walls delivering our product no resolve on that.

Horrible cust service. This store sucks. Very bad customer service. No one communicates with each other. They had my info mixed up with another customer whose name was no where near mine. Could find my account call 3 days prior to my due date and said I was late although I was paid through the next month. Will never ever go to any of there stores ever again this was an emergency situation but I'll do without
