I will go out of my way to find a Ross for the great prices alone. I have been to several and in different states and they offer the best prices on the things they bring in and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. I hate shopping FYI but I don't mind going into a Ross anytime at all.
I purchased a jacket and a canvas picture and both of them were $18.99 each. Neither of the items worked for me, but the tags were still properly attached to both of them. Unfortunately, I could not locate my receipt. They offered me a store credit, but because the items were marked down since I purchased them, I had to take a much lower offer. The jacket was marked down to $2.99 and the picture to $12..... This was unacceptable because I ALWAYS shop at Ross for home goods.nnI called the Corporate Office and expressed my concerns. I was told that the District Manager would contact me in 3-5 days. In my opinion, Ross does not value me. My time is valuable, so please don't waste my time. Ross should be grateful for every customer during a pandemic......They do not value me so the relationship is over! Thumbs deal
If you want good pots and pans this is the place to go to always a good shopping experience are have no complaints
I love shopping at Ross. It is always a gamble. One must be prepared to leave empty-handed if nothing suitable is found. However, upon finding that perfect...whatever, excitement abounds!
I love Ross. My all time favorite store. Mt Pleasant thinks it's too good for Ross. I've lived here my whole life. 63yrs. We are all not snobs. So now I go to the West Ashley store or the one in N Chas. But the prices are worth it.
