We bought a high top table and chairs along with a lot of other furniture to furnish our new home. After a few months we notice the finish on our table was looking funny. We called the store and they came to look at it. They replaced it. Great right? Wrong. After a couple months the same exact problem started again. This time, the blame was placed on us. We weren’t cleaning it right. We clean it like 100% of people clean their kitchen table. With dish water of course. Dawn dish soap and water. Ya know, the same soap used on animals to clean them after an oil spill. Too harsh they say. In our last phone conversation, the owner yelled and was throwing a tantrum. Needless to say, that will be the last conversation we will ever have them. Great at point of sale, terrible at doing what is right after they have your money.

We ordered a custom love seat and sofa. We were pleasantly surprised when they called after 8 weeks and told us it was in. We proceeded to give away our sectional sofa. Three days later on delivery day Ashley informed us that they made a mistake and ordered a sofa and chair instead. He would not give us the chair so we waited another 8 weeks with half a living room unable to entertain friends. I know mistakes can happen but Ashley did nothing to give us a reason to buy from him again. We're currently shopping for more furniture and will shop somewhere else.

This place always has nice pieces, made well, and the service is awesome. I have furnished my most of my furniture through them.
