We are happy with our choice of beds. But the sales associate wasn’t clear about delivery. My husband asked if they had free delivery, and we were told they didn’t have it. We were told we could get delivery for $79 (discounted from $149). We have a truck, my husband is a beast, and we were already spending A LOT on the bed. So we decided to pick the bed up from the store ourselves rather than pay for delivery. When we went to pick up the bed the sale associate there (not the one that helped us) looked at us as if we were crazy. She then proceeded to tell us we could have had the bed delivered for free (no set up, just drop it off). The bed was a real pain to move and super heavy. But we did it. We just wish the sales associate had been more clear about delivery.

The women at this store are very knowledgeable and professional. They helped my wife and I understand what we needed since we both have totally opposite comforts and sleep styles. We will definitely be doing more shopping here in the future.
