I only gave a four star rating because all I’ve done is order A couch. There’s a lot more to be done yet. I think it would be better if you asked for a review after I have received the product at home and then I can give a much better response.
Matt did a wonderful job of helping my mother and I shop for furniture. He was there for questions but allowed us space to roam and talk about things. He efficiently got us checked out and on our way! The delivery man called me the next day for an appointment, so this shopping experience was top notch!
I was so happy with my Salesperson Bruecks (Matthew)!nHe was just so down to earth and super friendly butnvery professional, too. Never pushy! Just the right amount of salesperson for me.nHe informed me that he could make a house call along with a professional designer and help me with putting everything together. Wonderful one on one sales consultant who was not pushy at all. Spoke about all of the qualities of their furniture and options. Was able to purchase over the phone once we made our minds up. Only downside is that local delivery was going to be $149. Opted to pickup ourselves instead. Really 5 out of 5 stars for the service / quality / overall encounter.
