The service rep. name was Wendy. She asked me what mattress feel I was look for. Notice we figured out that firm was more comfortable to me. She explained the different brands and the firm texture. I notice that the store closed at 8pm and I suggested that the next day might be better for her because of the time. She didn't mind helping me even if it meant staying after hours. She was very helpful an about 45 minutes I was happy with my rep. and my purchase.
The atmosphere was very inviting and mattresses were well laid out. Rosetta Draper was our sales associate and she was a delight to work with. She was very well informed about all of the mattresses and therefore able to help me pick out the one that was right for me. Choosing a mattress can be quite intimidating unless you come to this store. I would highly recommend them.

The experience was great. The guy explained each step to us and gave me different options for my budget. In the end we settled for the best option and purchased 2 mattresses.
I called one of the Aiken stores to see if there was a particular mattress set that I could leave with that day as I needed it for a family member to stay with me during a recovery period. Matt was very helpful and had the box spring and called the store down the road that had the mattress ready for me to pick up. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed at a great price!
