I will have to say it's sad when the sales employees are nicer and more intelligent than the owner. The owner Robin said I could only pick up a mattress and box spring on certain days when come to find out as long as the delivery guys are at the store you can pick it up right then. The young lady sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me with pick up. As for the man named Robin the owner had no clue what he was doing or just lazy. Maybe both.
Krystal is very nice and professional. Nice personality and sharp too.
