Jennifer took such great care of us when my husband passed away. She even prepared possible designs for the grave marker and was so patient with us in changing the design. We were so thankful for her suggestions. Jennifer is well suited for her position she’s so caring and understanding even prayed with us. Thank you for the folder with the aftercare guide and recovery pamphlets. Thank you again from Paula, Keith and myself. Keep up the good work, it’s very much appreciated.

I want to give a sincere thank you to the staff at Floral Haven during the recent unexpected loss of my son. Jennifer Austin and Brittany Shaffer were especially patient and helpful and took great care of us during this difficult time of our lives. Also, let me add that the staff at Floral Haven’s crematory was extremely compassionate and made the entire cremation process a peaceful time of closure giving us all the time we needed to grieve the loss of our son. A special thank you to Jennifer Austin who was so patient with us and going out of her way to ensure we were satisfied with the entire process even offering her expertise in suggesting ideas for the grave marker. Jennifer continues to make herself available to answer all my questions. I am extremely thankful to Jennifer snd the entire staff at Floral Haven during this difficult time. Your continued support is greatly appreciated!

I did pre-arrangements with Laurette Snyder at Floral Haven, and she is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and caring and professional. Then when the time came for my husband's service, she was there for me with compassion and grace. She made time for me, answered my questions, and looked after my needs. Brianna Graves the funeral director was wonderful also. I highly recommend Floral Haven.

I came in recently to check and compare prices for my parents. Jen helped me out and really put my mind at ease about the whole process. I'm so happy I chose to go to Floral Haven and got the type of service that I can always trust! Again ask for Jen, she will go above and beyond!

During a difficult time Steve went above and beyond to help. He even contacted me on his day off to double check and make sure everything was taken care of. All of the staff was amazing and the family center for the reception was perfect. I failed to get the name of the lady who was working but she did such a good job and took care of everything so that the family could visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
