Joe is amazing! He's caring, professional and really works to help you relax and address your body's needs. I've visited pre and post pandemic and it's really one of the best things you can do for self-care, stress relief and relaxation.nnBefore I was getting regular massages, I was on track for a shoulder surgery as well. I'm not going to claim he cured me, but I will say that I've experienced so much relief that surgery is NOT in my current or hopefully ever future. I feel so much better! Massages have also helped me with lower back and hip pain. Note: to experience this kind of relief, you need regular massage therapy!nnI've been to lots of massages and paid a lot more money for them. I've never had a massage therapist be as intuitive and helpful as Joseph. He's also given me some great advice about other forms of self-care that enhanced the experience and added value. I've appreciated and benefited from his knowledge investment for sure! I bet you will too!

I have never been in such a comfortable and professional studio. Joesph Birsner take excellent care of you. He provides so many services! I got a cupping and deep tissue massage the last couple visits and I feel great! His studio is beautiful at well. They have beautiful works of art to accompany the peaceful atmosphere. Definitely check him out! You won't be disappointed!

Super professional and comfortable environment. Joe has helped me work through varies muscle issues from both injury and autoimmune flares. He's knowledgeable and has a long history of helping with chronic pain. Love the new location! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Great place to relax and unwind, Joe was very careful to express my needs and wants, and he hit every point I made. The price you pay for the service you get doesn't even compare, I would recommend Joe to even the most stressed of people out there.
