Be wary - drying your home and response was spot on- using their services as contractors not so much , I needed a professional roofer to repair the repair, they got the insurance money and I was out extra money for the job done right which meant the roof area didn’t leak and cause more home damage. I asked to be reimbursed and they effectively ignored my request,it wasn’t a lot $2000.+ - as they collected thirty two thousand for the total repairs.nShort version - take money satisfaction not guaranteed!nI am incredibly disappointednBe careful

Personally feel this is the only company on the peninsula that I would ever let handle my water loss! Excellent customer service. They actually take pride in what they're doing and do it well, very professional. If you want the job done right.. Go to Americas Elite. Best of the best! Five stars.

I had a technician from America's Elite, help me find and clean some of irreplaceable fine china and other items. The owner came to my home the day i called and personally walked me through every step of this process from start to finish. Although i was not able to save all of my things, the employees and owner did their best to make sure I was able to keep my cherished possessions. Here is a picture of the before and after miracle work that they can do.

I can speak personally for the character of the company and some of it's former employees. Leaving a google review after you've been terminated due to misconduct is hardly unbiased and fair.nnI have have had work done from the company during a very stressful, and overwhelming point in my life. My son worked for them for a short time, and was never treated poorly. Keep up the good work America's Elite!
