Super professional and down to Earth... not the ones that make u feel bad about yourself. They went over pricing with me so I knew what I was getting. I'm happy with the work they did and I will go back. I would recommend to family and friends.

Scheduled a treatment that was recommended by the esthetician. I drive 45 min one way and made special arrangements for my daughter to be picked up from school due to the length of the appointment. First time i was scheduled i was told i hadn’t been scheduled by the clinic for an adequate amount of time. Rescheduled and same drill. Made arrangements, got to my appointment, but this time i was told it’s not the correct treatment for my skin. I already prepaid months ahead of time and was offered a refund or a different laser service, but that couldn’t be done that day and would need to be rescheduled. After the debacle, i decided to get a refund. I was told to simply call and they would issue. Now it’s been over a week and I’ve called for the manager with no returned call because no one will issue the refund that was promised with a simple phone call. Not impressed at all with the professionalism and customer service I’ve received. I’ve been put way out of my way and want my money back that is rightfully owed to me. Can’t get my time back, but they can at least return the money that should’ve never been taken in the first place.

Cheyanna did my Botox and she was great! She explained everything thoroughly before starting and listened to my questions and concerns. I will definitely be returning to Longevity to see her again.

I recently went in for a cool sculpting consultation and was a bit nervous. Michelle was fantastic! She really went over everything with me and we talked about what was realistic and how to achieve what I was wanting. The staff at Longevity was so nice, puts you at ease, and really wants to help you achieve the results you want and maintains your expectations!!
