I cannot say enough nice positive thing about this hotel! First off it is so clean and nice inside. The employees go out of their way to help you. They assisted me in helping a stranded elderly woman to be able to continue to stay in her room with the help of the community and their general manager. I would go out of my way to stay at this Hotel in Edmond

Kaley in the restaurant is exceptional.nFront desk is very helpful. The housekeeping staff are kind and concerned about guests as well.nnThe hotel is newer and everything is clean and well maintained. 2 washers and 2 dryers available for about $2 a piece. Considering using this location for a family reunion this summer.nnWhen we checked in there were only 5 cars in the lot but we were given a room that overlooked the roof utilities of the convention center. Maybe they were spreading everyone out? Be sure to ask for the view you want.nnThe young woman who checked us in did not put on her mask while we checked in. Later in the day, I walked by the front desk and she was still unmasked within 1 foot from a masked co-worker and speaking in an animated manner. Not crazy about her cavalier attitude about the virus and working with the public. Luckily, I saw her only twice.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Was passing through on my travels and really glad I decided to stay at this hotel. Overall every part of the hotel was really clean and I felt safe staying with Hilton. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and the self checkin/checkout system worked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel location to anyone looking for a reassuring place to stay.

It was a great hotel, the food was good, nice atmosphere i would have given 5 stars but the room was a tad smaller than what I would have preferred. Very nice staff easy parking. Bar stays open till 10.

Room not clean when we checked in at 4 was told it may be another hour.nnMy sisters room key was not working. When we asked that they asked look at the front desk said the maintenance worker was at home. We checked in Saturday they did not look at the room lock until Monday midday. Then they were moved to a different room for the last night. When they asked for a credit they were told they made their reservation from a third party. No offer to make up for the inconvenience.nnWhen you make your reservation it says you will get a continental breakfast for free, because of Covid no eating downstairs, what they offer is a breakfast box but they charge you three dollars for it. They actually save money not doing the full breakfast bar but then charge you $3.nnThe hotel itself is old and has not been updated for quite some time.nnThe maintenance man that fixed the door was top notch. Very professional.
