First, let me say that Deb, who I’ve purchased no less than 5 beds from now, is a former US Marine! She is so easy to work with and is truly interested in understanding your needs and helping you find the best product for the best value. She is smart, efficient, and professional. You couldn’t ask for a better person to help you understand your options. Once you make your decision she makes sure to give you the best price available and all the perks she can, so you leave feeling like you got a great deal for your money. Mask up and try out a new mattress!nMarguerite and Deb greeted us warmly and urged us to try the models. They listened to our needs and answered our questions. By comparing the options we could make choices we won't regret and the 4 month trial period will give peace of mind. We were able to get delivery in 3 days for move in day. Another blessing for this move.
Deb worked up a great deal and was very professional and helpful. I've purchased two mattresses from them over the years and have always received the best service. Highly recommend this store.
Deb was a great customer service rep. First thing I arrived at the Sequim WA store she greeted me and even remembered my name throughout the whole process. She first asked what kind of budget I had then she totally found me a nice king mattress set which I can’t wait for it to be delivered to the Rez. We are closed our Rez for the COVID-19 pandemic, so I now have to fill out a document so Mattress Firm could get approved to deliver the mattress. She let me test mattresses and was very patient with me. Great store.Thank you. I will highly recommend my friends
This store was everything the two previous stores in Port Angeles and Sequim were not. We were greeted as we walked in the door. We were asked pertinent questions about what we were looking for, then got to test different mattresses in combination with different bases. Margarete is awesome and helped us immensely throughout the process of choosing our new bed. Great sale, Great product, great crew !
