I purchased a very nice bedroom set a few weeks ago. I was told the warehouse had all the pieces. I called to check on delivery and was told the dresser was out of stock until December!! Naturally I was upset. A man named Ken told me he would work on the issue. This morning I stopped in to find out the status. He had found a dresser and was ready to set up delivery, he was kind and courteous. He understood my frustration. Most importantly he fixed the issue and had a good attitude about it. As a small business owner in town I understand things happen. It’s how you fix the issues that matters. Thank you Ken!!
Great mom and pop business...very helpful staff.
We worked with the sales person and the owner. We had to have a cough a certain size. We were so happy to see that all the measurements were on the tag. They were kind enough to let us put it on layaway since they have no financing available. We were not pressured to buy. Prices were very reasonable.
We purchased a leather love seat, two reclining chairs and a dining room set. Love them all. Great quality.
My mom and I purchased sofa from 5th Avenue last week, they called today...the day before it was to be delivered and suddenly the sofa was sold and delivered to someone else...funny that they just noticed that the day before delivery. Oh and they informed my mom the they had no idea if they could get another one. Funny thing when I went to pick up the check we had given them as payment the matching love seat was also gone..oh yes and our check was endorsed for deposit already...something smells fishy here.
