Been looking into switching from Verizon to T-mobile. Nick and his staff are very professional in dealing with customers and helping answer questions. Nick is outstanding and I will be coming back soon to switch my husband and I over to a plan that better suits our needs. I left Verizon once and I now remember why-poor customer service and it has not changed a bit! Thanks T-mobile for making this decision so much easier!

Easily the best T-Mobile store I've been to because of their customer service! The blonde girl who helped me get a replacement sim card was very courteous and fast!
