This place is great. I come here almost weekly for print and fax services and everyone I’ve worked with there are wonderful. The ladies that do the printing are really nice, knowledgeable, and I rarely have to wait long for what I need. I come here from the next town for the excellent service. It’s worth it!

It is Office Depot.nFirst time I went in I was sold a router I did not really need and the staff that helped me really didnt help. It turned out that the router was defective.nUpon returning it, one of the managers helped me. What a difference! REALLY helped me! Told me the best brand to buy and that I didn't need to spend so much money. VERY helpful.nWhen I go back, I will search him out.nIt was an easy return for the defective unit too.
They are a little more expensive sometimes but they almost always have what I need.nHowever!nI went in yesterday and was browsing the printers when a sales associate started asking me what I was looking for. I was in a hurry and trying to send the guy signals that I didn’t want to talk anymore but I was trying not to be rude. This guy kept going for 15 minutes about printers!! I would have bought a printer, but this guy wore me down so bad that all I wanted to do was escape and get the heck out of there!!nI was then more than 10 minutes late for my appointment with a client, and didn’t get to look at everything I needed to look at. I’m almost afraid to go back.n5 minutes should be your MAX sales pitch time unless the customer is genuinely asking questions and ready to buy. Otherwise leave them alone and don’t hover. I was so uncomfortable.
Kim in the print department was absolutely amazing! I couldn't be more pleased. Great job everyone.
