It was great. My hair stylist did my hair cut perfectly! She was a little rough and I thought it was odd when she suggested the tip that she wanted when I was already tipping 25%, but overall it was amazing and I couldn't be happier with my haircut!

Felt rushed. The pedicure chair was very uncomfortable. But, she did a great job and was very nice. Definitely worth the price they gave me.

My daughter's husband bought her a $250,00 for four massages for her xmas present. They don't have that much money since they are moving soon. She's a new mom so it would of been a great gift. We heard from my daughter that the owner is keeping the $250.00 and no longer does massages. How you take peoples money and not offer the services. Its like me buying a movie ticket and you only offering concessions and no movie. This is sad way to get money in a pandemic. I will tell everyone to avoid buying any gift certificates from this business.

This place is trying to steal $200 from us and I am surprised at this. My husband bought a gift certificate for $200.00 for massages for my Xmas present. They no longer do massages so we wanted our money returned to place an appointment at a spa that does massages. We’ve called Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday and now today. We’ve sent an email per request by the secretary to refund the purchase and received no answer. This is a surprisingly poor ethical practice and false advertising bc when you call they say they do massages and they still have it up on the website. Then they steal your money and that’s that.n———nnDue to holidays our spa were closed for New Year since Thursday therefore we did not response to your email or message. As it stated in the gift card when you bought it(see the gift card order receipt below), the gift card is non-refundable and can be use toward any services at the spa and not specifically for massage. Due to COVID-19, we currently do not have massage therapists are willing to work during this pandemic so we temporary not offer massage services but we do offer other services like facial, hair, nails and wax. We invite you to come in to try our other services and I will insure you that you will enjoy spending time at the spa. I'm currently looking to hire a new massage therapist and hopefully we can start booking massages.n——————nDear Owner Lu, It is clear to anyone when they hear spa the first thing they think of is massages.I have received a massage quit recently(during Covid) and sorry your massage therapist left your establishment and now you are passing this disgruntlement to your customers. That $200.00 dollars is a gift from my husband as my only Christmas present and I am guessing that you feel it's your present. I will not be using the gift certificate and I will ask you return the money in good conscience.
