Very good service and quality. But price little higher.

I've been a member of a lifetime gun for 3 years now . About 2 weeks ago decided to have a manicure at their spa . Front desk assistance was polite , and she made my feel comfortable . But what can I say about the nail technician. I expected life time spa to have professional people with experience. My manicure took about 2 hours, but the result was horrible . Cuticles only became worst , she didn't clean the skin around the nail, and she did not apply nail polish good or properly . Also I would prefer if nail technicians worked with gloves or at least used hand sanitizer. That day I did not have time to complain or ask them to re do it , so I just payed and filled out the form about my experience. I said that I didn't have a good experience and I asked them to give me a call back . Well I waited 2 weeks , no one called me . Even though the gym is amazing , I can not recommend their manicure service. I expected more of them:(

Pricey but pretty good massage

Horrible experience at their hair salon! A stylist who refused to listen to my needs and instead preferred to do what she thought was right.., basically made my hair look flat and limp. They need to hire profesdional stylists who listen to clients rather than exude the 'know it all' attitude!!
