I went to see Melissa because God knows what was happening to my skin last summer. My normally balanced skin exploded with breakouts. I reached out to Melissa via instagram, and she let me know that she does skin consultations. I went to see her and she really helped me narrow down my approach to my skin and highlighted key products i should focus on (good quality, reputable vit c, skin brightener, retinoid, exfoliation), things i knew but was either overdoing or needed to replace a couple of products (i.e. the vit c) - she really helped me to focus my efforts and helped me get back on track. My skin eventually balanced back out thankfully!
