This is an awesome place of choice if you're looking for a great storage rate, clean and spacious unit and the most friendly customer service. Might I add that Mrs. Samantha has been most helpful and dedicated to making this the most friendly experience for me and has made me feel right at home here with their service. I would goes as far as to say she is a friend of mine now. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for storage assistance and I myself will continue on with them when needed in the future. Thank you so much Samantha for everything! With this all being said, GO SEE SAMANTHA EVERYONE FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

I am currently getting ready to move. Called West Stanly to see about pricing. Samantha was a delight. She was very professional (especially since I called after business hours) and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this facility and their staff any higher than five stars but Samantha is most definitely a 10. I will definitely be renting a unit from her when my move is complete.

West Stanly Mini Storage is absolutely the best. Specifically Samantha who goes above and beyond consistently to ensure that the needs of her clients is her biggest priority. I can't say enough about someone who response after hours to accommodate clients in need. Going as far as giving her personal contact information and say call me whenever. I was relocating from Virginia on the road made a last-minute decision to store my items in a storage unit and she was able to make that happen without hesitation I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this storage facility over any other in the area

This is the second time I have used this facility and was hesitant due to the past owner. Luckily, I do not regret my decision. Management has made a complete turn around due to the availability, friendliness and quick response from the manager. There have been times when I have called after business hours and was still able to make a payment. This was not the case with the prior owner. You were lucky if you could reach them by phone, or catch them on site. So if you have had a bad experience in the past, give them another shot.! 200% improvement! I highly recommend.

Go see Samantha at Stanfield Mini-Storage! She was so helpful with my last minute storage need. She met my husband and I at the gate, showed us to our spot, and helped us get settled. All above and beyond the call of duty!!! She is very nice!!! Definitely recommend going here!!
