Had the contents of an apartment in the same climate-controlled unit for 6 years and counting. I have both regularly accessed the unit and had long periods of inactivity. Never had any issue with mold, musty odors, or bugs. I just recently went back in after >1year of inactivity - seriously there wasn't even settled dust in my unit. They are super clean and on top of any issues - there's been a couple minor floods that they caught quickly and addressed right away, and were very upfront with me about it. I always feel safe going there at any time of the day. Very fair pricing and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anybody.
