Baxter is a hair whisperer. He understands your hair and you. A totally delightful experience, I have had the joy of receiving Baxter‘s hair care for years. All ages of women have approached me over time to ask where I get my hair cut, colored and styled. My hair feels fabulous after a visit. I always enjoy his professionalism, advice and expertise. Baxter is just the best.

The best experience I've had in years. This was my 1st visit. I was ready to just shave all my hair off but after Baxter finished my cut & style I felt like a new woman. I honestly felt so uplifted when I walked out the door opposed to feeling horrible upon entering. Baxter really knows hair. Recommended products for me to use at home but wasn't at all pushy. I felt like I've know him all my life, honestly. And the wonderful lady, I forgot her name, that washed my hair, OMG, so relaxing & soothing. I just can't say enough positive things about this salon and the employees. I'll never go anywhere else. This is what a hair salon should be. I can't wait to go and get my hair colored. Thank you so much and I'll be back.

I was kept waiting for an entire hour for my scheduled appointment and then promised that my hair would be finished before my next appointment. I offered to just reschedule if they couldn’t finish by then but they assured me they could do it. Jump to- I was 30 minutes late for my next appointment but had to cancel because there was so much hair dye ALL OVER MY FACE. For what they charged me ($395- I wish I was joking), my hair felt dry and frizzy all day. They even had the nerve to charge me $20 for a quick conditioning treatment that they chose to apply because they were running late in the first place. I will never darken their doorstep again and I will tell everyone I know about the poor service I received. Worst salon experience of my life.

I've been a client at Bliss for more than 15 years. Baxter is amazing! I love the way he cuts and colors my hair. He, Laurie and Jessie are family.nnBliss also carries Kerastase and Oribe haircare products...they are fantastic.

The best salon experience I’ve ever had! I walked in feeling very self-conscious about my hair and left feeling so much more happy and confident with my new haircut. Amazing customer service and very professional staff.
