The BEST pool store this side of the Missippi, family owned and operated, and service that is second to none.
Had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM at my home, at 2:25 no company representative had arrived or called to let me know they would be late. I called and was informed that rep was still at a previous appointment and would let me know when they would arrive at my house. I told the young lady to disregard my appointmentnshedue to the unprofessional customer service...she said ok and have a good day. They had called previously to reschedule to this appointment. I don't recommend this company.
Best place ever. If you have a problem. They always have the best answers.
I highly recommend this place. The ladies that work here are super awesome and know their stuff. I am a first time owner of a hot tub and had no clue how to take care of it. No matter how many times I came in, they got me straight. I now have a better understanding of how to maintain my tub. Their prices on their chemicals cant be beat. They will even test your water and give you a print out. I will be a customer here for as long as I own my tub.
