So this was my first time ever getting a facial. The service was absolutely fabulous. My only complaint is I went for a 100$ facial with microdermabrasion and it was changed to led light therapy. Thinking this was the same price I agree, well I was NOT informed it was an up sell of 45$. I wasn’t informed until I was checking out. Being around this industry because of my mother, this in my opinion was very unprofessional. Being on a budget that day I would NOT have agreed to said terms. Again, the service was impeccable, but I wasn’t informed of the price jump. So that being said, her tip went into that extra 45$ I had to pay.
Julian is amazing! So professional, yet full of fun personality. Really makes you feel comfortable. Best shampoo massage EVERRRR! So relaxing and I almost fell asleep. He brought me over a delicious cappuccino and I noticed they also have cocktails! Friendly, inviting, and gorgeous spa... I highly recommend!
Wonderful team of stylists, best nail techs around, and the spa staff all do immaculate work.
This was by far the best pedicure I've ever had, both for the quality of service, cleanliness, friendly staff and overall experience. My girlfriends and I had pedicures from Charlie and Julie. Both were excellent, kept the conversation going and did a great job. What I loved about the pedicure was that you don't have to soak your feet in a tub, they wrap your feet in warm towels and fuzzy socks. We also enjoyed the Spiked Mango Lemonade. Emily also was extremely helpful in coordinating our visit. We will definitely be back when we return to Southern Pines.
I had the best hair cut and style experience I’ve ever had from Julian at Karma. I felt very welcomed and pampered by everyone, the communication about the cut was fantastic, and the end result was amazing. He also cut both of my daughters’ hair and gave one of them some fun color. I really appreciated how he treated them with the same top notch level of customer care. They felt incredibly special, as did I.
