Great sales staff and friendly too. Everytime I have had to go there to either have my phone worked on or to purchase something, I have always been treated with respect. I would like to say this to the sales team. I am sorry that some people feel that they have the right to be rude to you. It is not right and it is not fair to call anyone names because they cannot get something done or repaired or because you are asked to wear a mask. We are living in hard times, please be patient and kind.
Came here to get a pre-paid setup on my first time in the United States. The clerk was very friendly and it was interesting talking as I worked in a Canadian cellphone store at the time. On our way out another customer swore at us for being Canadian as apparently we were being too friendly with the clerk for his liking. Overall memorable first experience in the United States.
EXTREMELY hot in there! And waiting for THAT long wouldn't have been so bad if ANY of the employees would have at least acknowledged us there...

Every time I've gone in there they've been unable to help me with my issue. I either need to go online or visit an actual Verizon store not an authorized retailer. The employees are usually pretty nice though, store is clean.
