We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and new. Our local family came and had dinner with us at the hotel (10 people). It was delicious food and so nice to not have to go to a busy restaurant. My only complaint was that our room was hot no matter what we turned the air on. I will bring a fan next time.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It is only been open roughly a month but their operations are already very efficient. It has a very modern design versus other Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed in but I didn't mind that at all. Allie at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and struck up a very pleasant conversation with me later that evening. I visited the lobby restaurant for dinner which came exactly as I ordered it and Michael made sure I was well taken care of.
Great hotel with brand new amenities and facility. Friendly staff, open lobby and clean room. Bathroom was excellent with good water pressure and new towels. One criticism was no bottles of water in room which I usually get at all HGI's. Great location for food and restaurants.
We stayed 3 days, we only planned to stay 2 but it was such a nice getaway. Very friendly staff there and great food. Very close to some great courses. Every staff member practiced social distancing while making feel welcome and at home. Well done. Definitely coming back our next time in Pinehurst.
Great hotel!!! Brand new, very clean, great staff, nice bar and restaurant providing exceptional service and great food. Very hospitable! Would definitely stay here again.
