I have gone to this Massage Heights location on and off for 4 years. All the therapists I have seen are wonderful! They take their time to listen to your concerns about your body and then after the massage give you feedback on things you can do at home to help. The front desk staff are always friendly and create a welcoming environment. Cannot recommend this location enough!
My daughter gave me this gift for my 60th birthday! Landi was excellent with her technique and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this location. Great front desk staff as well. Very friendly.
Beware of dishonest membership scam. Signed up for $60/mo membership for massages 6-months. Company continued to charge my credit card past 6-months. Also continued to charge this fee during the 2+ months they were closed due to the pandemic and refused to refund the money. Refused to extend the duration of time these credits could be used or make reasonable accommodations due to the pandemic despite charging me while they were closed. This is a national franchise and management of this location is extremely rude, unhelpful, and provides misleading/inaccurate information regarding their policies. I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere and support honest local businesses instead.
I received an excellent massage from Mark! The facility was very clean. The ambiance was nice and the price was reasonable.Terrible customer service ruined what could have been a 5 Star experience.
