Kelly is wonderful! I’ve had broken blood vessels on my face for many years that have become more of a problem as I’ve gotten older. I went to see her about laser treatment. I have had treatment and I’m amazed at how much it helps! The overall redness in my face has gone down so much! I even received a compliment on my skin recently, something that hasn’t happened in years. The office is following all Covid procedures and everyone is so friendly. Kelly explained everything so well. I’m thinking about going back to her for some more treatments.

Years ago, I had received laser hair removal on my bikini line. It was so painful during the second session that I quit and was left with 2 small bald spots. I had recently done research on painless laser hair removal and came across such a machine called Motus (manufactured by DEKA). I then looked for local providers and came across Faces by Kelly. I talked to the scheduling coordinator Cortney and she swore to me that there was no pain with the device. (Cortney was extremely nice and very responsive. I met her in person at my appointment and she was as friendly as her emails.) I was open-minded and made the appointment. The receptionist (I think her name was Georgia) was so sweet and friendly; she even walked out of the office to tell me I was walking the wrong way, oops. But the highlight of the appointment was Kelly herself. It is really rare to meet such a beautiful and kind soul. She exuded understanding and warmth, and she was receptive and patient in hearing my former laser nightmare. She promised there would be no pain, and so the process began. I promise you, the Motus machine was CRAZY. Didn't feel a thing! I braced for pain and sweated through my shirt under my sweater, but there was no need for the anxiety. The entire process was painless, just as Cortney and Kelly promised. And Kelly explained the technology during the process, which was very informative. I ended up buying a 6-pack for a full Brazilian and then asked Kelly if she could do my boyfriend's feet (wasn't on her list, but she said yes, haha). I look forward to coming back in the next 5 weeks (the time recommended between laser treatments). Thank you, Faces by Kelly!

Kelly is very detailed and professional. She takes the time to assess any issues you have, gives her recommendations for treatment and truly listens to your own personal goals regarding that treatment. Will definitely return in the near future.
