We rented a u haul from this location and they remembered us from almost a year earlier when we rented a tow dolly when our car broke down. Super friendly, nice people!
I’ll start with YOU NEVER HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOUR CUSTOMERS! When you try to call them for ETA, all you get it “will be delivered tomorrow, the driver will call you.” It never happens, until you call every day for three days in a row and taking time off work and they don’t show up after either. The company is rotten from the office to delivery Joe, who doesn’t give a flying duck about your shipment or customer service
