Horrible experience with this company. My spa/hot tub cover shipment arrived and the container had broken spots but was impossible to tell if there was damage to the contents. The driver said it was probably fine, when I opened the box in my garage there was a hole in the under side of the spa cover. It is virtually unusable. I ordered the cover double wrapped so that no moisture could get inside. Now it is impossible to use as is. YRC claims there was no damage to the shipping container, but I sent them photos that I took while it was still on the truck and while it was being unloaded. Clearly there was damage to the container. They claim that my claim was carefully reviewed, that is clearly not true. Do not use YRC Freight.
Terrible company. The worst experience I have had. My quote was done over the phone so of course no paper trail for my end. Charged me extra for weight and BOL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
