PAK it RITE

My order of three lbs of cherries were never delivered. After receiving an email on 07.16 from Pak It Rite indicating a approximate delivery date of 07.01, I called them.nI was told they had a delivery confirmation from their carrier. When I asked about the email of 07.16, they became very defensive and said it was computer generated. I spoke to Randy, the owner, who was very defensive and rude. He said my cherries were delivered and the strange email meant nothing. I asked for further clarification but he claimed I the one being rude for pushing for an explanation.nPlease be smart and do not do business with them. Look at their overall customer rating!

Terrible service. I go in try to ship a package. Couple tries to rip me off for the shipping saying it’s $20 for 4 week shipping where it’s half as cheap at usps for 2 day shipping. Worst shop in Wenatchee and older man told me not to come back again when I left after I didn’t purchase their scam shipping. Would not recommend.

I have tried fruit from Pak it Rite four times. The first time Kiku and Kanzi apples. The Kanzi were really good. Second time Gala and Pink Lady apples. Pink Lady was pretty good, but the Gala were mushy. Third time Barlett pears and Kiku apples. The order was just OK. My fourth and let me emphasize my final time, Ambrosia and Honey Crisp apples. The Honey Crisp were mushy, the Ambrosia are firm and crisp and a mild apple that is not to tart or sweet. Do not waste your money here, go to the grocery store. For this kinda coin, I expected better. All this said, I think first and foremost Pak it Rite is a packing and shipping center, not the best place to buy fruit. Do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store or a fruit company. Don't waste your money with Pak it Rite.

Very unpleasant experience at the store. I have always enjoyed going Pak it Rite for wrapping and sending gifts. The new owners do not come close to the service and friendliness of the previous owners. I felt as though they did not want my business, but once they took hold of my gifts, I didn’t know how to stop the process. The woman said she doesn’t like to wrap gifts and her husband said they ship, not wrap. Then say so from the beginning! Why have all the wrapping paper and ribbon on the work bench?nI left this establishment vowing to never return. I don’t want another unsuspecting customer to have the same reaction. The cost of paper was inflated and the wrapping job was minimal at best. These people were rude and just plain unpleasant. This is NOT the Wenatchee I have loved for years...perhaps better if these folks relocate back to Southern California.

Everything at this store is dialed in. I had some very important documents that had to be shipped. Randy took care of me.
