They sold us a washer/dryer. The washer making noises and two months down road and no came to fix it yet.they know we finna have it paid off so they ain't fixing it. We are writing them a letter now and probably gonna have to sue them in court unless they decide to do the right thing. We even pay more and always on time. But this is how they do there customer.

Absolutely wonderful people here...they go above and beyond for their customers...from the store manager to all the employees EVERY encounter I have had has been amazing!! Bless them for all their hard work and dedication!!!!
Worst business ever, basically figured out a way to legally steal from you. Paid over 1200 dollars on some items and moved said they had to pick it up and transfer it to the other store and when we called to get them to deliver it back they all of a sudden said they did not service our area even though they had our address way before, and the really nice gesture they gave us was a $1200.00 coupon for what we had into the items that expired in 30 days and wouldnt matter since they dont service our area and the manager lied to me and now is avoiding me.
