Have been in new residence for 3 months. Have been charged for 3 months and they haven't picked up my garbage once. I have to take it off myself or burn it.

$1.86 per 100 pounds to dump your trash. If your bill is paid up you can dump 1000 pounds free.

They did not pick up my garbage Friday. When I called they said they would talk to a supervisor and have them call me. No one has called and now they are not answering the phone.

Was told over the phone they had garbage cans. Get there and woman is *incredibly* rude and says they won’t have any cans for months. Yelled at us for taking the wrong entrance by accident. Terrible.
