Apparently the Hispanic younger gentleman closest to the door said none of their furniture was for sale and would take weeks for it to arrive from there Spokane warehouse. Took my business to save mart had to pay a little more but it was worth every penny they adjusted to accommodate me the customer!

We first came here a year or so ago and purchased a mattress which we are happy with, and today we purchased a bedroom set (two night stands, and a Chester drawers and a dresser). So thankful for Mark. His patience and helpful attitude was fantastic, he answered all my questions, my wife's questions, all with a great attitude. Will definitely be getting our living room couch from Walker's.

Actually the worst customer service I have ever received. Nobody offered to help us. I walked up to talk to someone and she just continued to stare at her computer and ignore me. We asked if you could order a couch in separate pieces and the simply said “no.” We looked around and found out you could in fact buy the couch in pieces, so we ordered the couch. Later we found out the couch would take 3 months to get in. I have no furniture at my house so I decided to get my money back and get a couch that I could receive more immediately. A lady that worked there was sitting near by, her name was Pamela, said “the ones who were here earlier are ALREADY returning it?” In a very unprofessional manner AND rolled her eyes at me. After the way they treated me, I am so happy that I didn’t go through with my purchase. I will never give them my business and I would never recommend going through them.
