We have purchased several hot tubs from Chim Chimney over the years. They are always very helpful and provide us with just what we need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I wanted to keep my business local, so I went with this company. Bad idea. Terrible customer service. Zero communication and zero caring about keeping appointments. I do notice that when you give a 5 star review, they respond. But when you give less than 5 stars, they don't care. Very disappointed.
